What makes a message easy to act on

We are a small team and we answer everything, so anything that saves a round trip helps.

• Which tool you were using, and what you expected to happen instead.
• Your browser and device. A bug that only shows up in Safari on an iPhone is a different bug.
• Roughly what the file was like: how many pages, whether it was a scan, whether it came out of a particular program.
• Please do not attach the document itself. We do not want it, and we would rather reproduce the problem with a file of our own.

The same rule applies here as everywhere else on the site: we never ask for your documents. A description of the problem is enough.
