What JPG to PDF does
Turning pictures into a PDF: photos of a document, screenshots, or a folder of scans that need to arrive as one file because the other end will not accept a pile of images.
What it does
- Builds a single PDF from JPG and PNG images, in the order you arrange them
- Takes iPhone HEIC photos and TIFF scans, decoded on this device, and BMP, GIF and WebP too; the name is narrower than the tool
- Lets you pick the page size and orientation
What it does not do
- Read any text in the images; the result is pictures on pages, not searchable text
- Improve the photographs; a blurry photo makes a blurry page

Our sister site QRSansar hosts a document and gives you a short link and a QR code for it. That is handy for WhatsApp, a slide, a poster or a printed handout, and it avoids attachment size limits entirely. You can swap the file later and the link and QR code keep working.
Worth being clear about the difference: that is a hosting service, so your file is uploaded to it. Everything on PDFsansar stays on your device; sharing is the one job that cannot.

JPG to PDF: common questions
Which image formats can I use?
More than the name suggests. JPG and PNG go straight in with no re-encoding at all. HEIC photos from an iPhone are decoded on your device and go in as JPG. BMP, GIF, WebP and anything else your browser can display are converted to PNG on the way, so they work too. Just drop them in. TIFF scans are decoded on your device too, with one PDF page for each page in the file.
Can I choose the page size?
Yes. Fit the page to each image, or force everything to A4 or US Letter, with an optional margin around the edge.
What order will the images appear in?
The order shown in the list, which you can rearrange before converting. Each image gets its own page.
